With a proven record of accomplishment in technology and social media marketing in my 20+ years of experience, I am an ambitious and determined Senior Executive focusing on the future. With my passion, interpersonal communication skills and team-building abilities, I am able to drive profit maximization through a range of business strategies and focus on increasing revenue while strengthening business relationships and partnerships. My area of expertise is streamlining business operations through automation and process improvement to reduce costs and simplify repetitive tasks. Though my primary focus has been IT, I have expanded my vision to include the company as a whole and assisted them with automating operations. In addition, I am also passionate about simplification and minimalism. I admire the design of many seemingly unrelated systems that operate together in harmony in order to perform complex operations.I am an excellent public speaker and presenter who has previously been involved in musical projects performing before hundreds of people. As comfortable as I am performing music for large crowds, I am equally as comfortable with presenting. To view my resume, please click on the link below.

I started playing piano at the age of four. Ravenous for rock music, I eventually convinced my parents to let me begin guitar lessons when I was 12.As a high school student I participated in a number of bands. My brother is a drummer, and together we were a part of establishing two successful bands.Since then I have played with His Last Chance (Indie-Emo), Six II Chaos (Progressive Punk-Rock), The Sexy Accident (Indie-Pop-Rock) and my solo project called The Hypergiants (Industrial-Ambient-Noise).Recently, I have taken on the role of a producer while providing assistance to musicians during their recording sessions.

The band picked up guitarist Chad Toney in May 2008, joining Kates, bassist Pat Padgett (replacing Pat Fent, who moved to Florida), and drummer Daniel Torrence. As a quartet, they rock hard without sacrificing melody or lyricism.Lead track "I Tried Again" is about being drawn to a person with an addictive personality that needs an audience for attention. You know the type – someone that's attractive because of outrageous behavior but remains elusive as a love interest. The craziness becomes disturbing when it's time for accountability. The lyrics play tug-of-war between the poles of letting go and sitting tight. The adrenaline of self-induced drama for entertainment and the lull of boredom become a vicious cycle."I Just Need My Car" is an all-out dismissal, a parting of the ways with no tolerance for bullshit even if love leaves a residue. The band plays with a laser focus. A ringing guitar works next to firecracker drums as Kates sings with exasperation. A round of handclaps breaks the pace for a moment until the band drives the song home.A wildcat guitar yowls and snarls with a psychedelic bite to open "Buy Me Out." Padgett's bass line creates tension as crunchy guitar riffs clear a path.

Ledakan Pemuda’s debut album, Korupsi, is a startling and volatile cocktail of sound and dissent. Born from producer Patrick Padgett’s 2019 visit to Jakarta, the project serves as a bridge between worlds, colliding traditional Indonesian instruments with the brutalist architecture of modern dubstep. The result is a sonic landscape that is both ancient and fiercely futuristic.Padgett’s production is masterful, pushing traditional instruments to their breaking point against a backdrop of seismic, hard-hitting bass wobbles. The album’s ferocity is channeled through the raw, gritty vocals of Adi Saputra and Mukti Satria, which are hauntingly counterbalanced by the angelic contributions of Vani. This vocal trinity gives the album its human core, fluctuating between rage and sorrow.Lyrically, Korupsi pulls no punches. The album is a raw nerve of political anger, tackling themes of addiction, mortality, and the explosive 2019 Indonesian protests. Lines like, "Anak petani jadi korban kebijakan! Sementara DPR selfie dalam kenyamanan…" ("A farmer's child becomes a victim of policy! While the DPR takes selfies in comfort…") are not just lyrics; they are headlines set to a beat.Framed by a beautifully crafted instrumental intro and outro, the album is a brief but breathtaking listen. With most tracks clocking in at a brisk 2-3 minutes, Korupsi is an urgent, essential, and unforgettable sonic uprising.
